We provide solutions across many employee engagement functions but focus primarily on the development, execution, and analysis of Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Surveys. Our Ph.D. level I/O Psychology trained analysts are skilled in pulling the stories out of the numbers and providing actionable solutions to your organization’s leaders.

Listening and Learning Session Facilitation

Formally trained Small Group Facilitators conduct all of our firm's listening and learning sessions. Additionally, all data analyses are conducted by Ph.D. level I/O Psychology trained analysts. We are skilled in pulling data from the quantitative and qualitative results of these sessions while providing actionable results to improve your organizational culture.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Program Development

We specialize in developing overarching Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion organization-wide programs. We are equipped to develop DEI strategic plans, Learning and Development options, DEI communication plans, and development of Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs.
